The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may either ship the item back yourself, or request a return shipping label from Customer Service (the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund).

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. We do not offer “Overnight Delivery.”

We currently ship orders only within the United States. If your address or region cannot be selected at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
