Unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. For health and safety reasons, opened orders are not returnable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may either ship the item back yourself, or request a return shipping label from Customer Service (the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund).

Contact our Customer Support team at info@ryliessunshine.org with your order number, reason for return and we’ll provide return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less the restocking fee and any return-label cost) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
